Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DEKORIKA LTD purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot process refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to admin@dekorikaltd.shop with your order number, the reason for the refund, and clear photos of the item (if defective or damaged).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved. Please do not return items without a RAN, as they may not be processed.
  3. Package the item securely, include the RAN on the outside of the package, and ship it to: DEKORIKA LTD, 8 Haswell Road, Halesowen, B63 1DA, GB. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
